Improve your profit, measures actions execution

The above statement seems too simple to be true. Improving your profit by measuring whether everyone has completed his actions. Yet it seems applicable to almost all companies and institutions. Often KPIs are defined, and during meetings applicable actions are discussed and assigned. Day to day activities prevent the execution of these actions. In the MT meeting it becomes visible that a number of key actions are (again) not performed. For management it is difficult to act upon that, as they often themselves lack the execution of their tasks.
How to break this “catch 22” situation, and thus improve your profits? Measure actions execution, and publish status daily. Those who execute their tasks, score points for their "Karma". A positive competition will start on Karma-scores, which reflects directly into your bottom line results!
